Mr. Pan is a native Chinese speaker from Beijing. He was educated in China for years with excellent achievements. He graduated from the University of Beijing, China with a B.A. in 1985. Afterwards, he worked as a news reporter in China and Hong Kong for about 2 years.

He taught Chinese at Southwest Minneapolis Community School from 1992-1993. Additionally, he has been teaching Chinese to his own daughter and other children from kindergarten through ninth grade (K1-9). He has offered complete Chinese courses, and all of his teaching material is from Ji Nan University of China. The courses include basic pinyin and simple words to complex sentences and grammar.

Mr. Pan has often conducted business seminars for American and Canadian businessmen before they enter the Chinese market. He has conducted business and traveled to China and the Asia Pacific Rim for the past 14 years. In turn, he has shared his personal business working experiences with his students and taught cultural differences that is so crucial to doing business in China. He offers real examples of his experiences in class.

Mr. Pan has been living in the U.S. for over 31 years and he has been teaching Chinese and working with Children and adults for the past 20 years. Mr. Pan is patient with beginners who are starting their studies with basic pinyin.

Mr. Pan was a full-time Chinese language teacher at a private school in Burnsville, Minnesota during the 2012-2013 academic school year, where he taught 5 Chinese classes a day, 4 days a week, for students at varying levels in kindergarten through fourth grade (K1-4). Their studies included pinyin, speaking, writing, and Chinese grammar. He created detailed lesson plans and implemented Chinese culture, history, and fun performance activities into his students' learning throughout the year.  Furthermore, he had taught Chinese art (JianZhi) and Chinese chess in the school's summer Chinese program.
