2. Student must make effort to practice and to speak up in Chinese, during the session and students must do home work after each session.

3. Student must give minimum 24 hours notice to cancel or to change pre-set up the schedule. If there is no earlier notice giving by the student, and the pre-set session got cancelled, then the student should be responsible to pay half hourly charge on the session.

4. If there is any returned check occurred, the student must pay in cash for amounts of the check, plus to pay any banking fees occurred on a coming session.

5. Remote teaching hourly fee must pre-paid by paypal and confirmed, before the session

6. Translation rate and payment will go by signed the contract.
